ABOUT 100 FIRST AID BOXES HAVE BEEN DONATED TO G.P.R.T.U,DORMAA AHENKRO BRUNCH BY DORMAA PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL.
Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital as part of their social responsibilities have donated 125 First Aid Boxes to the Ghana Private Road Transport Union (G.P.R.T.U)Dormaa Municipal brunch.
During the presentation,Rev Dr Isaac Appiah,the General Manager of Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital in the Dormaa Municipality of the Brong Ahafo Region stated in his speech that, the Drivers are the key factors as far as health service is concern as they normally brings patients to the hospital.
Rev Dr.again said,is better for each driver to get First Aid Box in his/her car to support medical attention of the passengers and even themselves.
The First Aid project coordinator, in the person of DR BOATENG in an interview with media said,the Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital is doing this as their cooperate responsibilities to give proper and unique medical service to the people in Dormaa and it's environs.
Dr Boateng advised the drivers to use the drugs and equipment in the First Aid Box as their first attendance to the passengers who may fall sick in their cars before reaching to the nearest health facilities.
On behalf of the drivers,the acting chairman of the G.P.R.T.U,Dormaa Ahenkro brunch, NANA ASAMOAH YEBOAH expressed their joyfulness, but promised to use the drugs properly.
