Police in the Eastern Region today arrested a woman at koforidua jackson park. Madam Matilda Topper, who is the Executive Director for Rev.T.A Topper II foundations for orphans,widows and the needy on the 27th September 2018 invited disables,widow's and the needy in the Eastern region to held an entertainment program for them ine the regional capital, koforidua Jackson park.
According to some of the disables who spoke to the media that, those coming from afar was found a place to lodge for the program and was feed by Madam Matilda Topper who is the Executive Director for the said NGO. Meanwhile they did not know the kind of gift they are coming to receive from the NGOs and because their leaders of the regional Association of disability where involved they sincerely accepted and registered with some fees they charged them.

Eastern Regional Chairman for Ghana Federation of Disability Mr Daniel Agyekum also address the media that, yes he knew the said woman but they met at Abetifi in the Eastern Regional Kwahu for a program then that the woman told him that he want to held a program for the disables,widows and the needy some NGOs want to help and support their living he added. Meanwhile they did not get enough time to plan for the program till date but because she was pressuring him, he need to accept and help organise his members on board.
The program was disorganised,after police came for the woman. Now their way home too was a big tariff, because alot of them where spent all their monies for their resources.
