 SUHUM: NPP PC, MCE JOIN HEALTH DIRECTORATE'S TRAINING ORGANIZED BY JOICFP






Taking steps to join the enhancement of community capacity to protect the lives of women and girls in the face of public health crises. The NPP parliamentary Candidate, Oboafo Kwadjo Asante and the MCE for Suhum Constituency, Hon Mrs Margaret Darko Darkwa are privileged to be special guests to such an occasion. 


Expressing his joy, the Parliamentary Candidate for the Constituency commended the organizers (JOICFP) for the steps taken to ensure quality health care delivery in the Constituency. He assures his utmost support and cooperation during his tenure as member of Parliament for the Constituency. He appealed to the Municipal Health Directorate to continue supporting the president His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo in his fight against the pandemic novel coronavirus.



The Municipal Health Directorate commended the Hon MCE for her unflinching support in ensuring the Municipality is free from COVID-19. According to him the speedy recovery of the seventeen (17) reported cases in the Municipality is as a result of frantic measures the health directorate and the Municipal Assembly headed by the Hon MCE put in place to combat the virus. He commended the Hon MCE for her cooperation and support to the health directorate and deserves to be praised.


On her part, the Hon MCE commended JOICFP for choosing Suhum Municipality as one of their project support centers among the few considered. She assured that her Government and the Assembly is committed to providing the necessary health infrastructure to enhance quality health delivery in the country and the Municipality. She finally thanked all front line workers of the Ghana health service who through their selfless effort have made the government's fight against COVID-19 a success.


The country's Manager of JOICFP donated health items to the municipal health Directorate through the Hon MCE.
