The CEO of KAY & MOBY Company limited, *Mr Kwadwo Asante* as part of his social responsibility as a transport businessman has organized the 2019 refresher course for drivers at the Suhum main lorry station.
The occasion which is themed "the driver's right" brought to Suhum the professionals in terms of the field of road safety, Abdulai Bawa Ghamsa, the Eastern Regional manager of the national road safety authority, Mr sylvanus Markwei, the Eastern Regional manager of DVLA and Superintendent Alexander Kwaku Obeng, the director in charge of training and research of MTTD.
At the end of the day, no stone was left unturned to the numerous questions bordering the minds of the drivers present.
On behalf of Hon Margaret Darko Darkwa, the Suhum Municipal Chief Executive and the special guest of honor for the occasion, Ms Ivy Appiah commended the CEO of KAY & MOBY Company limited for the exercise which according to her will go a long way to reduce the carnage on our roads.
The Suhum Constituency Chairman of the new Patriotic Party, Mr Frederick Ofosu who revealed the numerous who through accident have become disabled. He commended Mr Kwadwo Asante for the exercise and pleaded with drivers to learn a lot from it to reduce if not eliminate the human error kind of accidents on our roads.
Drivers were given certificates for participating in the exercise.
