 OBOAFO KWADJO ASANTE FILES TO CONTEST AS MP - ASSURES OF A CLEAN AND PEACEFUL CAMPAIGN

As the electoral commission opens nomination for prospective aspirants to file to constitutionally enable one to contest for this year's general election, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Suhum Constituency, Oboafo Kwadjo Asante yesterday files his nomination at the constituency electoral commission's office.

In a brief address to supporters who accompanied him, Oboafo Kwadjo Asante expressed his gratitude to the EC for the kind reception. He assured of a clean and peaceful campaign devoid of insults and any acrimonious happenings especially emanating from his side. He pleaded that his opponents in this contest should agree with him to let peace reign for politics is about development and not war.

"I will ensure this year's campaign is peaceful devoid of insults and acrimonies. I entreat my opponents to level head with me to prove everyone wrong." Oboafo Kwadjo Asante.
