The editor in chief of the Monday, 15th October, 2018 edition of the new crusading guide seems not to have his brains properly positioned in his skull. The VIGILANTE does not dispute the slogan of some media practitioners that "bad news sell" and that their wives prepare good meals when people die rather than the birth of a savior.
The editor in chief of this particular edition stated above of the new crusading guide must be a very lazy media practitioner who did not corelate the front page and it's respective content in the subsequent pages. When your reporter has brought a hard core evidence of the contract sum from the appropriate quarters, you went ahead to front paging the false reportage by Mr Ayensu Stephen the media aide to the MP for Suhum, Hon Frederick Opare Ansah. What was your motivation Mr editor in chief? The VIGILANTE would want to know.
The VIGILANTE wouldn't want to discredit the entire news paper and it's staff looking at the experience it has chalked over the years, this headline "Suhum mce blows GH¢160000 on three unit classroom block" has woefully failed your readers as content read a different figure even not consistent.
What then is the use of the heavy media presence at the Assembly to fetch for facts which was willingly given thank npp government passing the right of information bill. The inside page of the newspaper the VIGILANTE has to give credit for pasting the original copy of the contract document, is rather smelling a rat for going ahead to front paging the false reportage by Mr Ayensu Stephen the media aide to the MP which seeks to dent the image of the president's representative, the Hon MCE and the Assembly.
The VIGILANTE is aware that some political entities within the jurisdiction of the Municipality are using your newspaper as a conduit to sabotage the incorruptible work of the Hon MCE for Suhum. The VIGILANTE salutes Mr kwaku Baako jnr but disappointed in the editor in chief of the 15th October, 2018 edition of his news paper and promise to embark on legal action if same space is not given a rejoinder.
